The Role:
Working as part of our Digital Experience team you’ll be responsible for planning and executing subscriber program across the full lifecycle – acquisition, onboarding, nurture, conversion and re-engagement with the purpose of accelerating customer and commercial value.

Core Activities:
Program planning
- Together with the Lifecycle Marketing Lead develop a communications plan that supports our strategic plans and commercial targets.
Execution and reporting
- Delivery of these experiences through end-to-end project management, including ideation, creative development, email build and QA, workflow build and QA within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Regular monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
- Deliver experiences in multiple owned channels and collaborate with Paid Performance team to extend the right experiences into paid channels
Future innovation
- Together with Lifecycle Marketing Lead continuously improve all Consumer communications including transactional, triggered, campaigns and hallmarks through innovation, best practice and A/B testing
Reduce consent risk
- Follow QA and execution processes to ensure BRG are compliant for marketing consent
Experience Required:
- 1+ years experience in a Lifecycle Marketing role or similar
- Experience in end-to-end CRM campaign management
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly regarded
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with member programs highly regarded
