About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in someone’s life? We are seeking a team of dedicated Lifestyle Assistants to support a young male in his own home, fostering his independence and encouraging active community engagement. This unique role involves providing one-on-one support, including 24/7 assistance with active sleepover shifts.

About You:
Are you committed to making a difference in someone’s life? Do you have what it takes to assist someone to live their best life?
- You will hold a current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain), NDIS Workers Screening Card (or yellow card), drivers license, reliable vehicle with insurance.
- Working rights in Australia are required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Available to work on a 24/7 team – day shifts, afternoon shifts and active sleepovers.
- Experience with Behaviour Support Plans and challenging behaviours
- Empathetic and compassionate with a drive to promote independence for someone living with a disability.
