To be successful in this role, you will display the following:
- Exceptional customer service, communication & organisational skills

- Intermediate computer skills; exceptional phone manner & attention to detail
Core Duties:
- Proactively assist customer to select the appropriate agricultural equipment and/or parts for their needs
- Reporting customer contacts and interactions via our CRM System
- Follow up on quotations, qualify customers including interpreting parts and be willing to see the sale through to the end
- Take the lead in customer issues, following up stock availability, ensure orders are placed and Customers are aware of delivery times
- Participate in field days, trade shows and events
The desired qualifications/experience for the position are:
- Previous customer service in sales and a willingness to update and maintain practical knowledge
- Experience in a mechanical based field; mechanical qualifications; or a keen understanding of machinery/mechanics, desired but not essential

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position and offers a competitive salary based on skills & experience.
