Position Overview:
As a Light Vehicle/Heavy Road Transport Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of equipment types, including light vehicles, buses, cranes, telehandlers, forklifts, EWPs, lighting plants, light trucks, trailers, welders, compressors, and more. You will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our equipment fleet.
Experience working on Toyota and Scania vehicles is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on various equipment to ensure functionality.
• Investigate and diagnose faults efficiently.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Handle general workshop duties such as cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with a range of equipment types, as listed above.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
