Responsibilities:- Lead the development and enhancement of technology related risk and compliance practices across the division
- Continually advocate a strong risk management and compliance culture.
- Be mindful of the division's risk appetite to ensure adherence to the division's risk profile
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed:- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field required (Business, Finance or IT related discipline).
- CISA or CRISC certification is essential.
- 7+ years Technology Risk / compliance experience ideally within financial services
