We arelooking for a team member to join the Transport Division in our DerrimutOffice, Melbourne. If you are looking for an environment where you can workwith a team that are passionate and positive, this is right for you.

Don WatsonTransport is family owned and operated and is one of Australia's leadingrefrigerated logistics companies offering a diverse range of transport andrefrigerated storage solutions. 

This is apermanent full-time position commencing at 7.30am Monday to Friday - 5.30pm to7.30pm finish.

Main tasksinclude - 

• Organising interstate deliveries into runs
• Allocating fleet and drivers
• Meeting timeslots to hit KPI’s
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure all paperwork for deliveries are complete
• Communicating to drivers and other divisions of the business
• Reporting KPI’s

What weneed is someone to demonstrate the following criteria -

• Has worked in a similar role within the transport industry
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn new tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel & Word)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Have confidence talking to people over he phone or face to face
• Being highly self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic
