Loadout Coordinator Opportunity in Brooklyn!
TRS Resourcing is seeking a talented Loadout Coordinator for our esteemed production client in Brooklyn. This Full-Time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 + Super. As the Loadout Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the dispatch of finished products, managing truck deliveries for local shipments, and arranging containers for international deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with truck drivers, warehouse personnel, and management to ensure prompt dispatch of allocated stock for delivery
• Record, monitor, and log stock movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Ensure appropriate labelling of stock before dispatch
• Prepare and issue invoices for deliveries

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Previous involvement in dispatch/loadout roles
• Background in stock allocation is advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Legal right to work in Australia
