Job description

Corin Australia for a Loan Kit Technician to join our dedicated Warehouse Team. This role is ultimately responsible for supporting our surgeon customers with regards to the packing and delivery of our complex instrument kits required to perform orthopaedic surgeries. It involves working closely with internal and external customers to ensure correct management of the orthopaedic loan sets so they can be effectively picked, packed, and dispatched in full and on time. This full-time, ongoing position is based out of our Melbourne Warehouse located in Mulgrave.

What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with customer service staff and sales staff, as well have ability to effectively communicate with Hospital CSSD, Operating Theatre and Surgeons.
  • Maintaining and updating surgeon preferences as requested from Sales Staff to ensure correct information for supply of kits.
  • Taking of bookings from customers and our sales staff. 
  • Effective use of SAGE and WebOps system to keep accurate record of all stock inventory movements, dispatch and returns information.
  • Packing and despatch of items to locations in Australia and abroad (e.g. returns, workshop kits, marketing material, new consignment, product orders).

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • The ability work on-call as required
  • Ability to quickly learn and use ERP and Loan Kit Systems, prior experience with use of ERP or other Operations systems highly regarded
  • Prior experience working to ISO9001 standards will be highly regarded.
