Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive heavy combination (HC & MC) trucks within the local area.
- Transport goods to and from specified locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck to ensure its safe and proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid HC or MC driver's license.
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Clear Criminal History & Clean Driving History
- Ability to operate heavy combination vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks related to loading and unloading.
- Familiarity with local routes Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Gold Coast.
