About the Roles:
Lindsay Transport is currently seeking experienced MC local drivers to join the team based at our Acacia Ridge Depot on Afternoon/Evening shift.
Rosters Available:
- Monday to Friday 2pm starts
- Monday to Friday 3pm or 4pm starts
- Monday to Friday 6pm starts
- Tuesday to Saturday 8pm starts
- Working with temperature sensitive produce for local runs
- Ensuring the safe and timely handling of company freight
- Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperwork including the use of in-vehicle technology
- Interacting with clients in a professional manner
- Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
- MC licence and experience in this class
- Previous refrigerated experience (highly valued)
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
- A motivated and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skill
- Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test
- Provide a current traffic history report
- Be well presented, professional and reliable with a strong customer focus
