Ipswich Hospital is a major public hospital serving the region. As a part of West Moreton Hospital and Health Service, it plays a crucial role in providing healthcare services to the community. The hospital offers a wide range of medical specialties, including emergency care, general medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, mental health, and rehabilitation services.
The PositionWe are looking for an exceptional communicator and someone who posses interpersonal skills which are crucial for fostering positive relationships with medical staff, stakeholders, and the broader community.
An ability to navigate and adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape, coupled with a commitment to continuous quality improvement, will be an important aspect of this role. Experience across an acute hospital and rural hospital environments would be well considered.
These positions will be required to cover Monday to Friday and be available to participate in the EDMS on call roster in addition to providing assistance over the Christmas and New Year Period.
