Additional information:
• These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight.
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts, where the spread of hours will be between 6am to 10pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
• If your application is successful, you may be invited to complete a video interview as part of the recruitment process.
• If your application is progressed, you will be invited to attend a Group Assessment Centre onsite Wednesday 6 March.
• If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 2-full day Welcome induction.
• If successful, your shifts will commence from Monday 18 March 2024.

About this work area

As a Logistics Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Picking, packing, and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
• Picking and loading the daily replenishment for the store.
• Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked and available for customers.
• Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
• Using your attention to detail skills when picking assigned orders, using the RF scanning system to check accuracy and prepare orders for in-store collection or home delivery.
• Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.

As a Logistics Co-worker you are and/or have:
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
• The ability to remain calm when faced with challenging situations.
• Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
• Energetic and comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including repetitive lifting and adopt a safety-first mindset.
• Passionate to contribute to an optimal logistics operation and embody a ‘Togetherness’ mindset, where you will work closely with your team and other departments, yet also be able to work independently.
