Childcare Centre Director

Are you an energetic, enthusiastic and passionate ECT or Diploma Educator looking to bring your Director skills to work with a brilliant and supportive team, in a boutique long day care service in Currans Hill.

We are a small boutique service which caters for 28 children per day between the ages of 0-6 years in a large open space. The centre is in Currans Hill and a locally family run service, with excellent working conditions, a fun and warm environment, and ample opportunity for professional and personal growth with a great community feel.

About the role

Previous Director experience or a minimum of 1-2 Years Professional Experience Required in a 2iC Position.

As the Director, you will partner with the Centre Owner to mentor, lead and inspire our team to achieve success. You’ll also enjoy:

• Assisting with all aspects of the daily management of the service in accordance with all relevant legislation, sector guidelines and policies
• Working to create a high-quality culture of rich learning environment for the children, families, educators and community
• Being part of the Centre leadership team to drive quality improvement within the Centre
• Ensure all policies and regulatory requirements are embedded within the Centre.

• Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
• A Working With Children Check and First Aid Qualifications
