We are a small boutique service which caters for 28 children per day between the ages of 0-6 years in a large open space. The centre is in Currans Hill and a locally family run service, with excellent working conditions, a fun and warm environment, and ample opportunity for professional and personal growth with a great community feel.
About the role
Previous Director experience or a minimum of 1-2 Years Professional Experience Required in a 2iC Position.
As the Director, you will partner with the Centre Owner to mentor, lead and inspire our team to achieve success. You’ll also enjoy:
- Assisting with all aspects of the daily management of the service in accordance with all relevant legislation, sector guidelines and policies
- Working to create a high-quality culture of rich learning environment for the children, families, educators and community
- Being part of the Centre leadership team to drive quality improvement within the Centre
- Ensure all policies and regulatory requirements are embedded within the Centre.
