About the role:
The Asset Management team is currently seeking a Long Term Asset Planner - Dewatering to join them in on a 5:2 roster, based at the Perth office. Reporting to the Superintendent Asset Engineering, you will be responsible for implementing Long Term forecast & budget in the dewatering network and delivery of long-term maintenance planning
Duties:
- Conduct regular reviews with execution Supervisors in strategies optimisation and improvement
- Develop and refine accurate Long Term work scopes & outages for maintenance activities
- Work with Integrated Mine Scheduling, Dewatering and Engineering team in optimising asset availability
- Develop, monitor, report and reforecast maintenance cost budgets for maintenance activities monthly/annually
- Support asset readiness of new assets
- Ensure Work Management Process is adhered in the planning activities
Skills and Experience:
- Planning and scheduling qualification at certificate level or above desirable
- Experience with the operation or maintenance of dewatering (exposure to Mine Specific assets desired but not essential)
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance positions within the mining industry
- Good communication skills
