Build your career in Myer's Retail Loss team
The Loss Prevention Team has is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join the team as a Loss Prevention Covert Officer. You will be responsible for influencing shrinkage reduction by detecting theft and fraud.
About the Role:
Detect and apprehend/prevent offenders for theft and fraud in accordance with all Myer policies and procedures
Manage incident reporting, intelligence reporting and CCTV camera operating
Identifying and escalating information/allegations requiring further follow up to management
Provide leadership and support to Loss Prevention and shrinkage management tactics
About You:
Covert Loss Prevention experience
Reporting/statement writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong team focus with a desire to share knowledge
Must hold a current Security Licence, First-Aid Certification, and Certificate II in Security Operations
