About the role:
We're looking for a dedicated Loyalty & CRM Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our loyalty program and CRM activities. This key role ensures flawless delivery of member communications with consistent tone and messaging, aimed at enhancing the overall member experience. What you'll bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Experience in briefing and writing eDM communications preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for member engagement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
