Job Description: As a Luxury Furniture Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion into the Singapore market while serving our discerning Chinese-speaking clientele in Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers in a polished and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Showcasing our exclusive range of Luxury Furniture and guiding customers through the selection process with a focus on high-end presentation.
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Providing expert advice on interior design concepts and room layout, leveraging your eye for aesthetics.
- Liaising effectively with customers in Singapore, as well as Chinese-speaking customers in our Melbourne store.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential for communicating effectively with our Singaporean clientele.
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Passion for Luxury Furniture and trends in interior design.
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
