About the Job:
We are looking for someone who can drive sales and the performance of the business within the David Jones Concession, Elizabeth Street. Someone who is confident in training & developing a team, setting personalised objectives to increase productivity and to create a positive working environment for all. Throughout your role you will be responsible for maintaining the clienteling needs through a CRM database.
About you:
- 1-2 years Management experience required within a premium or luxury retailer
- Passion for building a client base and providing exceptional customer service
- To lead and motivate a team through training and development
- Sales & KPI focused with an analytical mindset
- $75,000+Super+Bonus & Commission
