The Role
The Senior Store Manager is responsible for leading & managing people, performance, & driving customer service initiatives to ensure the business is exceeding customer expectations. The successful candidate must be experienced in managing internal & external relationships with beauty brands, whilst managing a large team in a high volume & very fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and drives initiatives to ensure a high level of customer service both personally and within the team
- Maintains relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Effective management of escalated complaints to ensure customer satisfaction & mutually beneficial outcomes
- Analyse and execute actions to achieve and develop/correct KPIs Collaborate with the promotion team and the category managers to ensure the successful execution of monthly/sporadic promotions or stock position/opportunities Effective management of data integrity and inventory flow
- Ensure recruitment, development, training and retention of team members

Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a complex retail environment
- Ability to effectively lead a team towards clear objectives
- Strong knowledge and experience with sales targets including strategies to effectively drive results
- Ability to build and develop team members
- Experience managing time and attendance systems and rosters
- Extensive knowledge of the category, including latest trends and available products
- Ability to develop relationships with internal and external contact
- Experience in MS-Office and SAP/R3 (Retail) or similar ERP system
