Form of work Working with a National Steel Company. Staff Australia are currently looking for Labourers to assist with our client based in Wacol that specializes in of plate, structural steel, merchant bar, pipe. You will be commencing on days or night shifts with the occasional over time and weekend work available. Training is provided! Shift: 10pm-6am - $46.19 per hour About the role; General Housekeeping Manual handling of steel product Basic Machine Operation – e.g, CNC machinery, Oxy Cutting Overtime potential Basic maintenance duties What we are looking for; Hold a current and valid driver's license and reliable transport Current forklift licence - is preferred, but NOT necessary Must be fit and strong Ideally have experience working within a heavy industrial or mechanical background Valid work rights within Australia Willingness to learn Experience and or ability to work in a fast-paced manual handling environment Ability to work both independently and within a team Work safely and efficiently with great attention to detail Safety conscious attitude Please note: You will be required to undergo and medical and drug and alcohol for this role.
