AddressMilltech Martin Bright has a vacancy for a Peeler/Grinder Operator at its Hexham facility.
The company is an engineering bar processor with operating facilities at Tomago (heat treatment), Hexham (peeling and grinding), and Laverton VIC (bright drawing and chrome plating).
The advertised position would suit a machinist or a person with a healthy mechanical aptitude who has been operating mechanical equipment.
Key Skills and Qualities
- Must have own transport.
- Must be able to work without full time supervision.
- Must have high attention to detail.
- Must be prepared to work day shift or afternoon shift.
Training
Some in house training is available to acquaint the successful applicant with Milltech’s peelers and grinders.
Remuneration
A starting salary of $35 per hour applies (rate includes 25% casual loading which will apply for up to 6 months).
Super Guarantee and all other Award rights for Casuals will also apply.
