Are you a reliable carpenter ready for next full time maintenance carpentry role?
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our small, friendly and supportive team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking tasks associated with the maintenance of commercial, industrial and government properties within the Adelaide metro area and surrounding suburbs. Such as:
- Various maintenance and repair works
- Responding to, inspecting and repairing emergencies
- Undertaking inspections for preventative maintenance works
- Being available on the on call roster for after hours priority calls
- Completing paperwork via mobile device including assigning time and materials for the admin staff to accurately invoice works
- Current trade qualification
- Experience working on government maintenance contracts or in the commercial sector is preferred but not essential
- Construction white card and current drivers licence
- Police clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Own standard trade tools. Any specialty tools will be provided
- High work standards with great attention to detail
- Commitment to client service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
