Flexible PackagingOur Flexibles division provides a vast range of flexible packaging products used for packing beverages, retail and wholesale foods, healthcare products, household products, pet food and personal care items. Key Responsibilities of the role:Manage our team of maintenance personnel to encourage and deliver a highly effective service which supports the manufacturing operation. Provide day-to-day operational leadership for trades personnel, ensuring effective communication is maintained
Lead and drive safe working attitudes and behaviours
Promote an open, flexible work environment while complying with all company policies and procedures
Drive performance, accountability and engagement within the Maintenance Department with a key focus on building capability
Ensure food safety and quality requirements are adhered to
Deliver R&M costs to budgeted figures
Support best practice asset Reliability Systems and support to the Maintenance Team.Implement continuous improvement through a CI programme including RCAsSupport production and site activities to optimise productivity and minimise downtime
Plan maintenance work to align with plant and resource availability
