We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join us as a Substation and Ground Maintenance Performance Officer. Your role will involve processing maintenance work orders and claims with precision and efficiency. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining our systems' integrity and reliability, while also supporting our Maintenance Coordinators in streamlining their workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Efficient processing and management of Claims, ensuring alignment with monthly claims forecast and compliance standards.
• Efficient processing and management of Planned Maintenance Work Orders in SAP, meeting team KPIs.
• Prompt escalation of issues to Maintenance Planner Manager.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• General administrative assistance for Maintenance Preparation Coordinators and Maintenance Planning Team Leader, including quality control of data and reports.

You will also bring with you:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable.
• Experience in claims processing and purchase order management is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high workloads with conflicting priorities while maintaining performance standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
