About the role

We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join us as a Substation and Ground Maintenance Performance Officer. Your role will involve processing maintenance work orders and claims with precision and efficiency. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining our systems' integrity and reliability, while also supporting our Maintenance Coordinators in streamlining their workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Efficient processing and management of Claims, ensuring alignment with monthly claims forecast and compliance standards.
- Efficient processing and management of Planned Maintenance Work Orders in SAP, meeting team KPIs.
- Prompt escalation of issues to Maintenance Planner Manager.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- General administrative assistance for Maintenance Preparation Coordinators and Maintenance Planning Team Leader, including quality control of data and reports.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable.
- Experience in claims processing and purchase order management is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high workloads with conflicting priorities while maintaining performance standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
