The purpose of this role is to undertake performance of assigned planned maintenance works, reactive works, proactive works and project works.What You Will Be DoingUrgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client’s premises and equipment as directed by the companyWorking autonomously and run your own works that are completed on time.Working in a team environment for large or small project works.Undertake and record PRA, Job Safety Analysis prior to commencement of tasks.Liaise closely with key stakeholders and C&W office staff to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by any works undertaken.Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to youGeneral ad hoc duties as requested by Trade Supervisor, Management, and Facility Coordinators100% of all work reports submitted within 1 business day from completionAbout YouYou will be a self-motivated individual that can work in a team environment and autonomously with an ability to maintain tools and equipment (including safety equipment), plant items and hired plant items.You will also have an excellent eye for detail to ensure that technical procedures and inspection and test plans are performed safely and in accordance with Quality Assurance requirementsYou Will Also HaveRelevant Trade Qualification / minimum 4 years’ experience – Licenced Plumber.Maintenance experience in repairs of Rinnai instantaneous hot water systems, Rotex units and Zip hot water systems is desirableExperience in fault finding and diagnosisConstruction CardAustralian Police Clearance CheckValid Manual Driver’s LicenceOH&S, Risk Management, Environmental Management or Quality Assurance systems.Experience in Building Services MaintenanceWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?As the Cushman & Wakefield team continues to expand in order to meet client demand, there has never been a more exciting time join our business.
