We are looking for a Maintenance Project Coordinator who is detail-oriented to join our team. As a business, we highly value a strong work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, honesty, good communication skills and be well-presented. Our ideal candidate will possess these traits and have sufficient experience in administration roles. Construction background is not required to perform this role.
In your role as a Maintenance Project Coordinator, you will be working as part of a supportive team that focuses on delivering outstanding projects that exceed our clients’ expectations. You will be coordinating repairs and maintenance work orders ensuring that all outcomes are met and all workplace safety requirements are followed. You will be dealing with SR Construction’s clients and subcontractors while maintaining an efficient operation and ensuring a timely quality completion of work orders.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Receive, assign and invoice work orders
- Supervise work orders including budget, time, resource and quality requirements
- Maintain contractual KPIs
- Schedule jobs
- Liaise with various clients to ensure works are carried out as per the contract terms
- Liaise with various trades to ensure works are carried out in a timely manner and up to standards
- Liaise with tenants to ensure they are aware of the time and date works scheduled to be carried
- Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Complete general administrative work
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Utmost professionalism and confidentiality
- Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Good personal presentation, professional approach
- Problem solving & logical reasoning ability
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Experience working within the Facilities Management industry is highly desirable
