We are seeking an experienced Maintenance / Yardie for this busy venue located in remote Northern Territory.
This role would suit an experienced Maintenance Attendant with excellent handyman knowledge who is able to work in hot conditions. The successful candidate will be working alongside the maintenance manager to ensure the property is well maintained. As there is work available for a couple, a mature couple looking for a fantastic live in role would be ideal.
This very remote but very busy venue features on site Accommodation, Restaurant, Bar, Shop and fuel outlets. Experience central Australia in this unique location. Conservation and historical reserves are just some of the one-of-kind experiences to discover on your days off.

**THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITED TO WORKING HOLIDAY VISA HOLDERS DUE TO THE LONG TERM COMMITMENT REQUIRED**
- Level 2 HIGA
- Monday-Friday $30.10 per hour
- Monday-Friday after 7pm-$32.72 per hour
- Saturday $36.12 per hour
- Sunday $42.14 per hour
- Public Holiday $60.20 per hour
- 5-6 day week
- Accommodation & Meals @ $150 per week
- Own room with Own bathroom
-Work available for couples
- Undertake day to day maintenance across the property
- Undertaking general onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance
- General painting and carpentry type duties
- Maintenance with water bores and generators and sewer plant
- Unloading of trucks / General carting of stock
- General grounds duties around the properties to ensure the property is well maintained at all times
- Basic plumbing & carpentry
- Cleaning of the pool and pool maintenance
- Other duties as required
- Have previous maintenance experience, ideally carpentry, plumbing & painting
- General handyman knowledge
- Must be physically fit and able to work in hot conditions
- Access is via flights then Greyhound Bus or sealed roads
