Role Overview: -
As a Makeup Artist at Classic Threading Salon, you will be responsible for providing professional makeup services to our clientele. Your primary duties will include:
Roles & Responsibilities: -
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their preferences, skin types, and any special considerations.
• Creating customized makeup looks tailored to each client's unique features and personal style.
• Educating clients on makeup application techniques and product usage for at-home maintenance.
• Ensuring all makeup applications adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Working efficiently to accommodate multiple appointments while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Keeping abreast of emerging makeup trends, techniques, and product innovations to offer cutting-edge services.
• Building strong client relationships through attentive service and personalized recommendations.
• Assisting in retail sales by recommending complementary makeup products and providing product demonstrations.
• Collaborating with other salon staff to coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Contributing to the overall ambiance and reputation of the salon through professionalism, creativity, and exceptional customer service.
Skills & Attributes: -
• Proven experience as a Makeup Artist, preferably in a salon or beauty environment.
• Proficiency in a wide range of makeup techniques, including contouring, highlighting, and eyeshadow application.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in makeup application.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification or training in makeUp Artistry is preferred.
Job Type & Salary: -
• This is a full-time permanent job.
• The base salary will be AUD 72,000- AUD 78,000 plus superannuation.
Working Hours: -
Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
