The team delivers CIO business management; strategic planning and insights; commercial management and governance; operations and performance management in strong partnership with the technology leadership team, marketing, finance, HR, risk, procurement, the transformation office and global counterparts.We’re looking for an IT Admin Coordinator to join our newly created Office of the CIO team. You’ll ensure all administrative matters are managed efficiently and will assist our Senior Leaders with a variety of tasks each day including: proactive support of diary management, email monitoring, meeting coordination, team social and video conferences, team event and catering coordination, international and domestic travel arrangements as required along with some general administration tasks.
