MANAGEMENT COUPLE – LIVE IN
LUXURY PROPERTY – 100+ ACRES – BYRON BAY REGION
OVERVIEW:
Looking for an energetic and enthusiastic couple to assist in managing the daily running of the Luxury Property.
This property operates at times as a family home, luxury accommodation for exclusive guests, photoshoot & event space.
Maintenance role:
- Maintaining all exterior areas of the property
- Mowing & whipper snipping
- Garden maintenance - veggie garden, weeding, blowing leaves
- Maintenance & Small repair jobs
- Security of the property
- Cleaning of vehicles, motorbikes etc
Guest relations, Interior and Administration role:
- Preparing and setting the house for bookings and owner
- Managing bookings (accommodation & photoshoots)
- Guest services & concierge service
- Provisioning the house for guests
- Coordinating with contractors/cleaners etc
- Administration & basic bookkeeping
- Trustworthy, discreet & able to anticipate guest needs
ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED:
A well designed self-contained 1-bedroom loft – beautiful finishes & wonderful views. Situated 400 metres from the main residence.
START DATE: 01 April 2024
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time – flexibility required.
SALARY: Based on experience. Discussed at interview stage.
REQUIREMENTS:
Property Management/Luxury Resorts or Superyacht experience.
Must be an Australian or New Zealander or have working rights within Australia.
