• Salary range $130K-$140K + Parking
• Modern offices in Malvern
• Not the normal suburban firm!

We have managed this client for 20 years and assisted them grow from humble beginnings to seven Partners and over fifty staff. They have luxurious, technology advanced offices that are 6 star eco-friendly. Some of their current Partners commenced at the firm as graduates.

The Role:

• Manage a team of 4 and a portfolio of clients.
• Review files and the work of your team.
• Advise on FBT, BAS, CGT and Div7a issues.
• Consult with businesses on various matters including SMSFs.
• Manage multi-entity clients with advisory work.
• Advise clients on accounting and tax issues.
• Participate with business valuations.
• Be part of the firm’s management team.

The Person:

• Obviously you are ambitious and proactive.
• You build authentic relationships with staff, clients and Partners.
• You wish to develop your technical and soft skills.
• You have 6+ years experience in local accounting firms.
• Maybe see partnership in your medium to long term plans.
