What you’ll do:
- Own and lead the Technology Capacity Planning strategy for Sky UK
- Run the operational governance of software contracts at Sky, drive the adoption of agreed SAM practices and adherence to controls
- Design Effective Capacity Planning reports and build KPI dashboards
- Lead stakeholder meetings and drive internal strategy to respond to Capacity concerns or opportunities
- Lead a team of Capacity Planners to deliver reporting and analysis to business stakeholders
- Drive continual improvement in Capacity Planning and increase business value generated from the capacity data Sky owns
- Lead SAM initiatives to implement UK wide software remediation and work with Information Security to address risks
- Innovate to develop SAM policy, process, and procedures
What you’ll bring:
- Technical excellence in leading a Capacity Planning function in a fast paced and complex organisation
- The gravitas to articulate to senior stakeholders on governance, risk and controls
- High proficiency in Capacity Planning modelling and a deep bias towards evidence-based decision making
- Expertise in interpreting complex technical architectures and developing the means to turn technical data into reliable capacity models
- Proven experience of Capacity Planning in Datacentre and virtualised environments
- Proven experience in leading collaboration between virtual teams
- Pro-active stakeholder relationship building/leadership skills, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to connect with a range of personalities and technical colleagues
- Organisational and presentational skills, including prioritisation and project management

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
