The role:
Answering phone calls and emails in a timely, polite, and professional manner
- General office duties including meeting preparation, scanning, printing, filing, cleaning, etc
- Data entry
- Providing a high level of customer service and proactively handle customer enquires
- Maintain excellent administrative skills whilst updating and recording data in our CRM system
- Supporting office functions, including typing of correspondence such as reports, forms, letters, emails, and minutes.
- Assisting with other office administration duties as required (eg couriers, amenities, morning teas and lunches).
About you:
- Previous administration experience is a must!
- Have a high level of understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
- Able to communicate with a diverse array of people
- You have a professional and friendly phone manner
- Great attention to detail and strong administration skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a bonus
