Senior management role leading quality capability and supporting funding contract compliancePermanent Full time (or 0.8 FTE by negotiation)Competitive salary ($110k - $120k) + super + not-for-profit salary packaging optionLocation: Launceston About the opportunityPrimary Health Tasmania is dedicated to improving health services for Tasmanians and our business support teams play a pivotal role in carrying out our services commissioning and health system improvement activities.We have a rare opportunity for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional to join our Business and Finance team as Manager – Corporate Quality and Compliance who will oversee the efficient management of funding agreements and champion and lead the quality management process. What you would be doingReporting to the General Manager – Business and Finance you will: Provide leadership and direction in business processes related to compliance with funding contracts, including coordination and drafting of reports associated with contract deliverablesManage the corporate policy library and the document management systemFurther develop our quality management system with the key deliverable of achieving accreditation to the ISO9001 Standard by December 2025 Oversee the data governance framework including privacy policiesHere's what you’ll look likeTertiary degree, post graduate qualifications or equivalent significant experience in corporate governance, risk, Quality and/or contract management Proven track record of managing funding agreements, communicating with funding stakeholders and Compliance reportingCompetency in using SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 apps Experience in quality management systems accredited to ISO9001 would be advantageousAbility to lead a small team, support and promote change and inspire direction and purpose in othersYou’ll be a culture champion – understanding that every day, you play an important part of what makes Primary Health Tasmania a great place to workBenefits of working with usSalary packaging up to $15,900 – less tax means more take home payUp to $2,650 of pre-tax income can be used to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.)Hybrid working option – blend of working from the office and home-based office (after 6 months of employment)Discounted private health insuranceGenerous leave and family care benefits, such as; additional 5 days of paid Carer’s Leave per year, paid Parental Leave; 3 days of paid leave between Christmas and New YearRelocation assistance may be consideredFriendly and inclusive workplace culture which embraces the diversity of its peopleHere’s some information about usWe are a not-for-profit organisation funded by the Australian Government to connect care and keep Tasmanians well and out of hospital.
