Overview
ECU International Business Operations (IBO), a part of the International Office, is looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong track-record in International Education sector to lead the International Partner Strategy and Performance function.

Our multi-location global team drives international FPON (fee-paying Onshore) growth objectives of the University, and manages principal international commercial agreements and partnerships, such as education agency contracts.

The Role
Leading a team of experts, in this pivotal role you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following core priority areas:

  • Spearheading the delivery of best practice outcomes for partner performance – including development and enhancement of relevant frameworks.
  • Driving advanced data strategy to optimise international opportunities.
  • Leading the implementation of strategies, tools and offsite partnerships to further bolster sustainable international performance.
  • Delivering continuous improvement initiatives for IBO’s global operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be part of the leadership team, contributing to the University’s international strategy. You are inspired and driven by data, courageous with innovative approaches to business improvement and passionate about collaborating with the wider team to improve ECU’s global performance.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $127,851 to $133,704 pa (HEW9), plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
