The Role:
As a Manager in Training, you'll embark on a comprehensive learning journey designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead a successful retail team. Working closely with experienced mentors, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
