(HE08) $106,561 - $119,550 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fantastic continuing opportunity for a strategic and creative Manager to join the English Language Centre (ELC).

The English Language Centre (ELC) is looking to appoint a Manager, International Relations & Student Experience, who, under broad direction, will lead the development and implementation of ELC’s international marketing, business development and Student Experience initiatives.

You will be required to effectively participate and contribute to initiatives and decision making as part of the ELC management team and provide leadership and direction for the Student Experience and International Relations team.

The position involves actively contributing to the development of ELC’s strategic direction and strategic relationships.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and business development in international markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in high level management roles, including process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analyse market trends and new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and service improvement.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage a team in a busy environment.
  • Demonstrated high level computing skills, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and creative.

To be successful in this role you should have demonstrated experience in Student Experience, well-being or accommodation services.
