Manager / Retoucher for Real Estate Marketing Company
About the role:
We are looking for a Manager to be the face of the company and manage our services including photography, floor & site plans, 3D Tours, aerials and videography.
What we're looking for:
Retouching skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom including enhancing Real Estate photos with multiple exposures;
- Editing aerial photography with points of interest mark up;
- Amending floor plans with Photoshop; and
- Someone who can work with us to achieve our unique style.
Administration skills
- As the Manager and face of the company we are looking for someone with a positive and proactive approach in all areas within this job description, including strong desire to meet expectations of clients, suppliers and team;
- Generating proof sheets for clients for a 9am delivery;
- Entering new bookings into calendar and liaising with photographers, quality checking and amending all outgoing work;
- Managing all emails and phone calls as they arise;
- Excellent communication skills including good phone manner and attention to detail;
- Liaise and manage expectations of clients with fast turnarounds;
- Sales experience preferred;
- Selecting photos for social media.
