Manager / Senior Manager - Private Business Tax Advisory

The Client

This practice has been hugely successful in retaining and growing their client portfolio in the past few years, and due to this business growth they are looking to hire a Manager or Senior Manager into the team.

About the Role

Working with an established portfolio of large privately owned businesses, family groups, trusts and ASX 200 listed businesses, you will be supporting Partners with:

• Advising clients on tax matters including Australian and International Tax structuring, cross-border transactions and supporting on tax authority reviews, audits and disputes;
• Provide tax advice on asset acquisition, divestment, financing arrangements and IPO structuring;
• Answering day-to-day Tax Advisory queries from a diverse book of clients.

About You

• You will have advanced Australian Tax Advisory experience in either a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm;
• Excellent tax technical capabilities; and
• Client service oriented - able to communicate with new and existing clients confidently and effectively.
