The Role
As the Manager Virtual HR Services, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding business solutions to clients. Your expertise in HR Management will contribute to their success. You'll join a team dedicated to supporting businesses to streamline their operations.
Reporting to the Director, this role is crucial for overseeing HR client management through the leadership of a dedicated team of HR professionals.
You will be responsible for implementing HR systems and lifecycle management processes, providing essential training and guidance to both clients and your HR team. Your role is pivotal in fostering positive relationships, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and adhering to budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of HR Coordinators and Consultants by managing workflow, monitoring team capacity, and providing training and technical support.
- Oversee the completion of Employment Hero HR system implementations, including conducting scoping calls, completing platform walkthroughs, answering queries, and delegating work.
- Manage the onboarding process for new HR clients and identify any areas of improvement by providing additional Virtual Services.
- Support the Directors with internal HR activities, including recruitment, induction, and performance management.
- Support the Directors with business development opportunities for the HR Team. This includes conducting system audits, and meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
About You
You are a collaborative team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an empathetic nature. As a natural problem solver with a keen understanding of cloud-based systems, you proactively support clients by identifying solutions to streamline and enhance their operations.
As a strong leader with excellent conflict resolution skills, you also demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. Your high level of attention to detail and focus on proactive support benefit both our clients and internal teams.
The successful candidate will require the following:
- Minimum 6 years in an HR role, with at least 2-3 years in a HR Management role
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management
- Previous experience managing a team against KPIs, system implementations with budgets and deadlines.
- Prior HRIS experience
- Previous experience with Employment Hero HR/Payroll will be highly regarded.
