AddressWA 4x4 Accessories & Ironman seek an experienced Store Manager with strong management skills to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate 4x4 enthusiast to take control of the day to day operations of our store & maximise its opportunities.
Reporting to the company director, the Store Manager's responsibility is to provide leadership and direction to the sales team, provide support and direction to the workshop team & provide exceptional customer service by ensuring we meet their demands.
We require you to have:
- Experience in a similar role
- A passion for 4WD Accessories and strong product knowledge to help match customers with the best product to suit their needs
- Great communication and team work skills with a customer-oriented approach
- A genuine work ethic & accountability
- Ability to manage a team in both a workshop & retail selling environment
