Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Manager Workflow and Legislation.

This is a Permanent Full Time appointment. 

As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Workforce and Organisational Development Business Unit, the Manager, Workflow and Legislation is responsible for:

• Providing expert advice and guidance to support Employee Services (ES) and Payroll Services (PS).
• Providing direction and guidance for maintaining accurate and timely human resource management information system (HRMIS) system configuration relating to legislative, industrial and workplace agreements including conditions and other employee entitlements.
• Undertaking complex system and process reviews and developing recommendations and strategies to enhance service delivery, system governance and compliance.
• Designing and providing consulting services to support ES and PS effectively implement system and processes reforms which enhance compliance and productivity.
