In partnership with TerryWhite Chemmart, we are seeking a Managing Pharmacist working 5 days a week who thrives on engaging with every customer, to offer holistic health solutions to create a difference in our customers health outcomes and build relationships in our community. Join a growing Pharmacy established in Greenvale Lakes Shopping centre. Working closely with the Retail Leader, your customer service skills, counselling and patient care will assist with growing the business into a Holistic Health Care destination we are known for. Our group are across 3 states and growing. We invest in our Leaders including our annual Synergy leadership development conference and brand initiatives.
Key Duties
- Dispensing medications and counselling patients
- Proven track record of script sales growth
- Dispensary stock ordering
- 8 CPA requirements
- Administer vaccinations incl influenza, MMR, travel vaccinations and Covid-19 as per state legislation
- Pharmacotherapy preparation
- Participate in full scope of practise changes inititives i.e. UTI and OCP presbribing
- Assisting customers with OTC products and queries
- Provide outstanding Customer Service & Health Advice
- Rostering and administration
- Implementing strategies to grow customer numbers
Requirements:
- Degree qualified to work as a Pharmacist in Australia with a current AHPRA registration.
- Reliable and lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service
- Professional services driven
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Current Vaccination certification & willingness to obtain updates and certifications asap
- Flexibility to work extra shifts to cover annual leave etc
- Results-oriented to achieve Sales and KPI targets and inspire the team to achieve these
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving focus
- Highly organised and self motivated with strong time management and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with team members and customers
- Strong team player ready to roll up your sleeves to support and lead the team to meet and exceed goals
