About the role
This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our manufacturing department to assist in all aspects of operations. This newly created role is the perfect opportunity to put your administration, time management and organisational skills to the test and make it your own.
Key responsibilities
- Invoicing Customers
- Raising purchase orders
- Managing time and attendance for production staff
- Technician clock on set up and maintenance.
- Assisting with system implantation
- Sale Administration duties
- General Administration duties
- Calendar management
- Assisting Sales Manager
About You
- Minimum 5 years administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
