That’s what #LifeAtCummins is all about.Manufacturing Engineering TechnicianWe are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineering Technician, reporting to the production manager you will be leading continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and functions in Cummins master rebuild centre.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive, lead and implement continuous improvement in all area’s of the business.
- Contribute to the continual safety improvement in the business
- Implement best practice in areas of improvement, including operational layouts and systems
- Support Tooling improvement programs.
- Support Tooling/equipment maintenance programs
- Supporting/delivery of emerging ME projects as required throughout the year.
- Previous experience in continuous improvement and problem solving.
- Diesel Mechanic or similar Motor Trade Certification/Qualification is desirable.
- Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft systems.
