About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading provider of screening solutions essential to Australia's largest mining companies. They manufacture a critical component vital to the industry.
Due to ongoing business expansion, they are looking for skilled operators to join their team. These positions report directly to the shift supervisor and are available immediately. Shifts are scheduled as AM (4.30am - 2.30pm) Monday to Thursday and PM (4.30pm - 2.30am) Monday to Wednesday.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Pour liquid resin into screening molds, then place them in a large industrial oven for curing.
- Work in a warm environment, reaching temperatures of 40-42 degrees Celsius.
- Handle weights up to 10 kilograms manually.
- Address minor issues as they arise.
- Read and interpret drawings and client orders for manufacturing purposes.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products.
- Prior experience in a related role or a keen eagerness to acquire new skills.
- Outstanding work ethic.
