AddressCGC have partnered with a key client for the recruitment of a Manufacturing Supervisor/Leading Hand. The role will see you employed full-time in the Southern Suburbs of Perth and will be overseeing the production of pre-cast concrete and plastic components that are supplied to the Civil & Construction Industry.
The Role:
- Oversee the production & manufacturing of pre-cast & plastic components within the factory/production plant
- Take leadership of the production floor leading a small production team
- Ensure H&S is adhered to at all times and work is completed on time and in a safe manner
- coordinate equipment & Labour
- Exercise responsibility for quality of work throughout your team
- Make recommendations to Manager on corrective actions and improvements required for your department
- Ensure all staff are equipped and wearing correct safety equipment and working in a safe manner
- Experience in leading a team in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Pre-cast concrete manufacturing or Roto moulding manufacturing
- A solid background in an Industrial Manufacturing environment
- Qualifications in manufacturing production or maintenance would be an advantage
