SalaryWe are currently seeking a dedicated professional who will assist in providing exceptional customer service to our guests to fill the above position at Quicksilver Cruises in Port Douglas.
As a Marine Biologist in our busy Reef Biosearch department, you are expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service with both our internal and external guests. Reporting to the Reef Bio search Manager you will be responsible for conducting educational and informative guided snorkelling tours, on board reef presentations and informative beach walks on Low Isles.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of exceptional customer service with both internal and external customers
- Provide safe, comfortable and efficient service in delivery of educational and informative experiences to Quicksilvers passengers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- BSC in relative Biological field
- Effective communication skills in spoken formats with both external and internal customers
- Current Open Drivers Licence (preferred)
- Provide First Aid, Advanced Resuscitation and CPR (must be current for 12 months)
