Security Officers required for Maritime in West Melbourne!
You must have a valid MSIC**
Part-time opportunity with no set roster and 24-7 availability is essential.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Maritime Security Duties inclusive of Control Room, Gatehouse & Mobile Patrol duties
Provide excellent frontline customer service
Administration tasks
Risk identification, incident response and issue resolution
Observe, practice and implement OHS practices
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Holder of MSIC
Demonstrated knowledge of electronic security systems including CCTV & Electronic Access Control Systems
Current Victorian Security Licence with Control Room accreditation (Previous Control Room experience will be highly regarded)
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Drivers Licence
Full, unlimited Right-To-Work in Australia
Outstanding customer service skills
Professional presentation and grooming
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills
Proficient in working within a team environment and independently
Self-directed and the ability to take initiative
Intermediate computer and administration skills
Physically fit and able to walk/stand for long shifts - 12 Hours
The role is 24-7 and requires availability to work both day & night shifts.
