About your new role
During your 12 month contract you’ll join a team dedicated to supporting Energy Queensland’s Meter to Market process.
Day to day you’ll interact with various teams across EQL and stakeholders to manage all National Metering Identifiers (NMI), Meter Data and Warehousing & Network billing functions in accordance with Network Electricity Market (NEM) Regulations.
We’ll provide you with comprehensive on the job training and provide a dedicated mentor to set you up for success.
This role will give you a holistic view of the Energy to Market process and could provide further opportunities for you to explore a Career in the Energy Industry.
The remuneration for your new role is from $97k - $105k per annum plus 12.75% super for a 9-day fortnight and from $112k - $121k per annum plus 12.75% super for a 10-day fortnight. The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Energy Queensland Union Collective Agreement 2020.

About you
You’re known for your ability to work autonomously within a fast paced team environment.
You’re a fast learner with an interest to understand the Electricity Network and processes involved from Meter to Market.
You have excellent attention to detail, time management, analytical and time management skills.
You hold a Year 12 level of Education.
